at times i feel like its all for naught
empty gratifications from distant desires
i cant explain, really, how it feels
when something inside jus sits and chills
i want to let it out but cant
impatient grasshopper, my mind it chants
when i try to think about the one i want
i hope its not too late, tommorow she might be gone

a purposeful bond
is this faith? tested tempered
tried and true, to seek you
as a storm shatters the dormant sky
so shall i push until point breaking
i feel your presence
